Freelance HR Administrator

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly organised individual in a supporting HR role to the Directors ideally with the HR knowledge and experience to work independently on an as needed basis.

Excellent organisation, communication and IT skills, accuracy and attention to detail are essential. The nature of this role requires a tactful and confidential approach.

 

Hours will vary – as January and July are peak recruitment months, we predict you will work 15 – 30 hours per week in those months.

 

The position: Freelance HR Administrator

Report to: Kate Cravero (Director)

Location: Mill on the Brue (Hybrid role)

Responsibilities:

 

Issue/update employment contracts

Revise the Staff Handbook

Revise and update HR policies

Answer any employee queries about HR related issues

Review all Job descriptions and update annually
