Outdoor Activity Instructors – SEASONAL

We are looking for outstanding, enthusiastic, energetic and inspiring Instructors for our 2025 season.
We want you to have a great experience with us and develop in your role therefore regular training opportunities are available and also support in gaining NGB awards. In house training/a signing off process is provided for the Instructor role.
Essential:
UKCC/BCU Paddlesport Instructor/Level 1 award + A current first aid certificate + Some previous experience of instructing, teaching or coaching
Ideally you will have (though qualifications are not essential):
Bushcraft, high ropes experience/qualifications or Archery GB would also be desirable
Seasonal – Full Time £18,335 – £24,390 per annum pro rata – in line with NMW + qualifications financial incentive package
