1.  Volunteer stores person

Are you interested in getting into the outdoor industry but don’t know where to start?  We are looking for a volunteer stores person to oversee the operational stores for the summer holiday.  You will also have the chance to help instructors with the groups giving a great insight to working in the outdoors.

2.WWOOF’s (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms)

WWOOF is a world wide exchange network where bed, board and practical experience are given in return for help on organic farms. WWOOF provides excellent opportunities for organic training, changing to a rural life, cultural exchange and being part of the organic movement. As part of our membership with WWOOF, we are offering WWOOF posts here at Mill on the Brue. In exchange for your help in working in our vegetable and flower gardens, we provide you with comfortable and warm accommodation with delicious meals, full board and a variety of practical experiences. Stays of varied length are possible.

You can experience cultural exchange, eco-friendly gardening and being part of our environmental movement as well as social interaction with other young members of staff who also live on-site. If you are interested in a fun and rewarding time please get in touch for more details.

Dates available now until the end of November. You do have to be WWOOF member to volunteer.
