Summer Camps review 2015
As the nights are longer and colder, and your children’s fire lighting skills have provided a warm place to huddle around, can I mention summer holidays at Mill on the Brue? Remembering the children’s laughter echoing around the Brue valley, listening to your child recall an experience, seeing them rise to challenges and surpassing their expectations, and finally meeting parents and other members of the family at the end of the week at our prize giving. Knowing that you have noticed significant positive changes in your child is a hugely rewarding element of running Mill on the Brue. We thought that you would like to see a collection of some of the best photos of the summer 2015 – the ‘alternative funny’ group photos, camping expeditions, water sliding, crazy Olympics and many more..
Finally, sadly, I have to inform you that the resident badger population at Mill on the Brue, has recently broken through our electric fencing around the vineyard, and have all this year’s grapes! Probably 600 – 700 bottles worth! Fortunately we have enough bottles of Trendle Trail in the Mill on the Brue vaults to ensure you won’t be without your bottle at the end of the prize giving, but we’re not very happy with the badgers at the moment!
Lastly we have started taking booking for our summer camps 2016 – Early bird discount £55 per child when you book before the end of the February.
With very best wishes and we hope you and your family have a very happy Christmas and New Year
