We are a family run, not for profit, educational organisation which has been inspiring and educating children and adults for the last 28 years. We offer summer camps for unaccompanied residential children , school & youth trips , and outdoor activity days for all. Open from the end of January to the beginning of December, there are over 40 exciting , outdoor adventure and educational activities on our 20 acre site in the heart of beautiful Somerset.

We also run highly successful company team building days and management training courses as well as Stag and Hen activity days.

In addition the award winning Longhouse , completed in 2005, provides space for 120 people to dine whilst overlooking the beautiful Brue valley. The Longhouse, with adjacent vaulted wine cellar, is licensed to hold civil weddings and is the perfect wedding venue throughout the year.

Based in South East Somerset, on the borders of Dorset and Wiltshire, we are only two hours from London and one hour from Bath and Bristol.

We are founder members of the British Activity Holiday Association, licensed by the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority, a member of the Institute of Outdoor Learning and a British Canoe Union Approved Centre.

We believe in quality not quantity; we pride ourselves in continuously taking great care of our customers, with close attention to detail.

Summer camps for kids Our children's camps in the summer holidays offer a fun package multi activity week from the Sunday morning to Saturday afternoon. With over 40 activities, outdoor pursuits and games to take part in, it amounts to nothing short of fantastic fun! Summer groups have the chance to go on a mini overnight expedition; make a camp, cook supper on an open fire and sleep under the stars - a complete summer adventure!

School & Youth Groups School and Youth groups stay with us to take part in a huge range of activities. Your program is individually written to focus on areas such as fun outdoor activities, environmental education, team building and cooperation or self confidence. All of the activities can be on our 20 acre site, making the most of your time and allowing for 6 activities in a day. Adult Adventure Adrenalin Days Why should the kids have all the fun? We offer fantastic full or half days of activities for adult groups wanting to fly down our 300 m zip, jump off our high ropes course or build a raft to float (hopefully) down the River Brue. Activities can be tailored to challenge the most dare devil or build a sense of achievement to the more timid. Mill on the Brue is open 7 days a week from early January to late November. We have stag parties, hen parties and corporate clients wanting to reward their employees with an exhilarating fun day.
