Chutney, Jams or Pickles?Simon our catering manager and his team have been trying to preserve some of the amazing produce from our plentiful supplies of organically grown fruit and vegetables. They have produced a staggering 11 types of preserves ranging from Spiced Quince Chutney, Green Tomatoe Ketchup to Piccalilli. With a sudden influx of chillies from the garden Simon is now thinking about all the things he can use them in. So far suggestions from chilli oil to chilli sherry have been proposed....
