Please select a holiday from the list below. You will need to have the number and details for each child to fill in online. As the summer holidays begin within a month payment must be made in full if the holiday is four weeks at the time of booking. Where later than four weeks a non refundable deposit of £100 will be paid at time of booking, followed by the balance of the holiday four weeks before the child's arrival at Mill on the Brue.

Overseas Visitor Information 1.Flight bookings: In order to minimize disruption to our staff and the other children, please do not book a flight which arrives on the Sunday later than 6.30pm at Bristol Airport or 5.00pm at Heathrow. Also please book a flight which leaves on the Saturday no earlier than 11.00am from Bristol or 2.30pm from Heathrow. 2.Taxis: If you are planning to send your children unaccompanied by plane we can arrange for a taxi to collect them from an airport. We have used the same taxi company for some years and all the drivers are well known to us. They also drive unaccompanied children regularly for 3 large schools in the area, and have all been checked by the Criminal Records Bureau. At the end of your child's stay the driver will hand them over to the airline representative and will also wait at the airport until the plane departs. 3.Insurance: Mill on the Brue does have public liability insurance but as we do not make refunds we ask all parents to take out cancellation/curtailment insurance for the duration of the holiday in case there is a problem before the holiday or during the child's stay meaning they have to leave early.
