Week long Summer Camps packed with adventure

Planning the summer holidays? Mill On The Brue creates a friendly atmosphere that is 'home from home' and where everyone knows each other. Our summer holiday adventure camps cater for up to 60 children aged 8-15 years old, per week - 10 July - 27 August 2011. With over 40 activities ,outdoor pursuits and games to take part in, it amounts to nothing short of fantastic fun.

Football Game - 30 minutes

A human table football game for 12 - excellent for communication and group co-ordination working towards a real goal!

Crossing the River - 1 1/2 hours

Command Task (12+) - similar to Save the River but more problem solving and involves physically swapping the whole team over the river without getting wet and just using ropes and poles.

Air Rifle Shooting - 1 1/2 hours

1.77mm air rifles in an enclosed shooting shed. A target sport, particularly suited to the less active.

Mushroom Maze - 1 hour

A problem solving group task where leadership is needed and communication between the participants.

River Splosh - 1 1/2 hours

7-9 year olds can have fun at the Ford in Bruton, looking for little fish, damming the pools and sploshing around!
