Charity abseil for local school

2nd July, 2013

Last week we provided our climbing wall, equipment and instructors for local academy Sexey’s School all in aid of raising funds for Sexey’s School Zambia Exchange.
The two teams of three students completed their challenge of abseiling the height of Victoria Falls whilst others paid for a single descent.  The Zambian exchange link between Bath and Wells and the five Anglican Dioceses of Zambia was established in the late 1970s. “Through this link, exchange visits, parish links and personal contact have strengthened the chain of prayer and fellowship.”
